Every placement we make comes with a free replacement within three months.
The simple version
If the person we placed leaves or the hire does not work out within the first three months, for any reason, we run the search again and find a replacement. There is no additional fee.
Why “for any reason”
We don’t want to argue about whose fault it was. Sometimes the role changes, sometimes the fit is wrong, sometimes life happens. The guarantee is there so that you don’t carry that risk alone.

Because we take the first search seriously. We talk the role through with you properly, we speak to candidates directly, and we only put forward people we would be confident to hire ourselves.
The fee
Our fee is 1 monthly salary of the hired candidate. The replacement guarantee is included.
