How long does a search take?
It depends on the role and the market. We agree a realistic timeline with you at the start and keep you updated as we go.
How does the 3-month free replacement work?
If the person we placed leaves or the hire doesn’t work out within three months, for any reason, we find a replacement at no additional fee.
What is the fee?
1 monthly salary of the hired candidate.
When is payment due?

Do you use AI to assess candidates?
No. Candidates are selected and assessed by people, without AI, in strict compliance with all applicable requirements, including GDPR. We use AI only to automate processes that do not involve processing personal data. We never use AI or automated tools to screen, score or rank candidates. People decide.
Do we need to fill in a brief?
No. We talk the role through with you and write everything up ourselves.
