Direct conversations beat forms
We never ask clients to fill in a brief or candidates to complete busywork. A conversation is faster.
A typical search starts with paperwork: an intake form for the client, an application form for the candidate, sometimes a questionnaire on top. We skip all of that.
With clients
We don’t send you a brief to fill in. We talk the role through with you: what the person will actually do, what really matters, the budget and the timeline. We write it up ourselves and check it with you.
A conversation surfaces things a form never asks about: why the last hire did not work out, who the person will work with day to day, what the team is missing.
With candidates
Candidates are your future colleagues. We treat them that way. We talk to them directly, explain the role honestly and answer their questions. No long forms, no tasks that go nowhere.
Why it works
Routine processes that don’t involve personal data are automated, so the time we save goes into these conversations. Fewer documents, more understanding, and a shortlist that makes sense to both sides.
